In its pursuit of a safe and equitable learning environment, the Green Education and Sustainability Research Association, in collaboration with the Training and Laboratories Center, organized a workshop entitled “Combating Bullying on University Campus,” as part of Sustainability Week at the University of Technology, and in line with Sustainable Development Goal 5.
The workshop, presented by instructor Tawfiq Kadhim Salman, discussed the psychological and academic effects of bullying and the importance of early prevention.
The association emphasized the need for clear university policies to combat bullying, support psychological counseling, and train teaching staff to promote a culture of dignity and fairness within the university community.
