Based on its responsibility to protect natural resources, the Green Education and Sustainability Research Association organized an awareness workshop entitled “The Culture of Water Conservation in Daily and University Life,” in cooperation with the Training and Laboratories Center, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 6.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Rand Mohammed Ali, addressed the reality of water resources as a limited resource, and the causes of waste and its environmental and economic impacts.
Through this activity, the association emphasized the importance of establishing conservation as an institutional and individual practice, and called for the activation of monitoring committees and awareness campaigns within the university campus to promote sustainable water responsibility.
